  7. if personal data is processed by the data controller on the basis of consent – the right to withdraw consent to data processing at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
  8. The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (Supervisory authority in Poland: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych)

Sharing personal data within our group may happen if reply to your enquiry will be related to the presentation of the services or offer of the entity belonging to our group.

Moreover, your personal data may be shared with:

  1. entities involved in hosting the Website and storing personal data collected by us; 
  2. suppliers of other IT tools used for the proper functioning of the Website or its improvement.

Transfer of data outside of EU

Your personal data collected by us through the Website will not be transferred outside of European Union.  

Profilling

Your personal data collected by us through the Website will not be processed in an automated manner nor in the form of profiling.
